Hello friends,
For about three months you’ve received only one newsletter from me, and I‘m excited to finally share why.
I’ve been creating something that I truly believe can make a difference in your life.
I‘ve been in deep creation mode, hands-on (literally) – pouring my energy, ideas and heart into what I believe is my most impactful offering at this time.
When I took the leap of faith to leave my full-time job in Iceland, sell my house, and devote myself fully to bringing InnSæi out into the world, I had no idea how far this journey would carry me. Since then, my book has been published internationally in multiple languages, in all continents, opening doors to conversations, insights, worldviews, and relationships that have helped inform my direction.

My work on intuition and InnSæi has been featured in media like the CNN, BBC, NPR, CNBC, Ted Radio Hour, National Geographic Magazine, TIME, Parade Magazine, Vanity Fair, and dozens of incredible podcasts. — These are all platforms that have helped spread the message and, more importantly, brought me invaluable conversations and insights into the lives, challenges, and hopes of people around the world.
Listening deeply and learning from all of you, including my leadership coaching clients, I’ve gained clarity about our collective needs in these uncertain times. To serve them better, I also became a certified psychosynthesis coach — a holistic, body–mind–spirit approach that goes deeper than traditional coaching and helps me further develop my InnSæi mentoring and teaching. It’s a methodology that stands out when it comes to honing our ability to navigate uncertainty, personally and professionally, blending the best of neuroscience, psychology, practice, and spiritual wisdom.
The InnSæi Signature Course
Combining my 20+ years of leadership experience and InnSæi work, including designing and directing a university program recognized by the Nordic Council for best responding to today‘s work market, this is what I have been quietly developing over the last months:
I’ve designed the exhilarating and brand-new InnSæi Signature Experience, a 9 week online course designed to share with you in the most practical, inspiring and hands-on way I know.
During the InnSæi Signature Experience, you will sharpen your inner compass by building your confidence and mastery of intuition – InnSæi; your greatest source of strength, purpose and intelligence.
This nine-weeks program consists of three distinct modules, packed with methods, tools, tutorials, exercises, mentorship from me and fellow participants, discussions, and more.
- Module 1: The Sea Within: What is intuition? Where does it come from and develop over time? How do we align with it?
- Module 2: To See Within: How can we hone and strengthen intuition, know when to rely on it and when not, and not confuse it with biases, fears and wishful thinking?
- Module 3: To See From the Inside Out: Strengthen your inner compass as you navigate and uncertainty and the ocean of life.
This program starts on the 16.October and runs until 18. December. You practice in your own time and in live sessions with me and fellow InnSæi practitioners. Each week you receive 3 keys to intuition and ways to practice them. We meet in live sessions at the end of each Module. To receive a certificate of completion, participants must complete all three modules.
During this course, you will get 27 keys to intuition, personalised feedback on your InnSæi journey and finalise your own, unique project; – Your InnSæi Profile. Your InnSæi Profile is a specially designed navigation tool, your own inner GPS, based on the InnSæi methodology which will keep you stay aligned with your InnSæi for months and years to come.
