Hello friends,<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

For about three months you’ve received only one newsletter from me, and I\u2018m excited to finally share why.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been creating something that I truly believe can make a difference in your life.<\/p>\n

I\u2018ve been in deep creation mode, hands-on (literally) – pouring my energy, ideas and heart into what I believe is my\u00a0most impactful offering\u00a0<\/strong>at this time.<\/p>\n

When I took the leap of faith to leave my full-time job in Iceland, sell my house, and devote myself fully to bringing\u00a0InnS\u00e6i<\/strong>\u00a0out\u00a0into the world, I had no idea how far this journey would carry me. Since then, my book has been published internationally in multiple languages, in all continents, opening doors to conversations, insights, worldviews, and relationships that have helped inform my direction.<\/p>\n

I\u2018ve learned from all of you<\/strong><\/h3>\n

My work on intuition and\u00a0InnS\u00e6i has been featured in media like the\u00a0CNN<\/a>,\u00a0BBC<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>NPR<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>CNBC<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>Ted Radio Hour<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>National Geographic Magazine<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>TIME<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>Parade Magazine<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>Vanity Fair<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0dozens of incredible\u00a0<\/strong>podcasts<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 These are all\u00a0platforms that have helped spread the message and, more importantly, brought me invaluable conversations and\u00a0insights into the lives, challenges, and hopes of people around the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Listening deeply and learning from all of you, including my leadership coaching clients, I\u2019ve gained clarity about our\u00a0collective needs in these uncertain times<\/strong>. To serve them better, I also became a\u00a0certified psychosynthesis coach<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 a holistic, body\u2013mind\u2013spirit approach that goes deeper than traditional coaching and helps me further develop my InnS\u00e6i mentoring and teaching. It\u2019s a methodology that stands out when it comes to honing\u00a0our ability to navigate uncertainty, personally and professionally, blending the best of neuroscience, psychology,\u00a0practice, and spiritual wisdom.<\/p>\n

Combining my 20+ years of leadership experience and InnS\u00e6i work, including designing and directing a university program recognized by the Nordic Council for best responding to today\u2018s work market, this is what I have been quietly developing over the last months:<\/p>\n
