Three keys, a quote and an invitation
One
When we are aligned within, to our intuition and InnSæi as our inner compass, we navigate and explore the world we live in as a world that is full of possibilities.
Dead-ends, apathy, a world in black-and-white, and lack of agency cease to exist.
I know this from my own experience.
Two
The difference between being disconnected from our intuition versus connected to it, is like the difference between merely existing as opposed to being fully alive.
Intuition is always pro-life. It thrives on connection with the living world. It’s logic comes from connectivity and the interconnection in the web of life, in whatever shape and form.
It “get’s” complexity, uncertainty and change. Intuition is what enables us to master these conditions.
Three
I have been a manager and a leader who burned out and found change overwhelming and incredibly hard.
I have also been a manager and a leader who grew stronger, more anchored and flourished through change.
In the first case, I was disconnected from my intuition.
In the second, I was deeply anchored within, guided by a well-developed intuition and InnSæi.
A quote:
“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.“
― Oscar Wilde
