On February 16, the Scharlatan Theater für Veränderung in Hamburg screened our documentary film InnSæi – the Sea Within (or The Power of Intuition). A great crowd of people gathered for drinks before the screening, and afterwards I participated in a Q&A that was fun and people had some really thought-provoking questions.
I was inspired by the very concept that has driven this entrepreneurial theater for over 30 years, which brings together the human essence of diversity and ability to change and adjust to changes occurring at work, at home and in 
society in general.

Something that makes people laugh, touches and moves, opening doors that seemed to be closed or undetected.”

It was a true inspiration to meet some of the brains behind the theater, the guy with the green hat: Ali Wichmann, Founder, managing director and impetus, Ata Anat, the project assistant who so generously welcomed me and made sure I got safely back and forth from the venue, the producers and directors, and Sybill Petermann, at tema-The Communcation Company, who showed me around Hamburg and gave me a glimpse into her work, the buzzing culture and life in the city.
