Here’s the link to my 11 minutes segment, where we delve into intuition and InnSæi, our inner compass, and why it is so crucial for us, to be able to navigate the times we live in, – times of uncertainty.
I highly recommend listening to the whole show, I was hugely inspired by the former medical clown Matt Wilson, psychologist Jamil Zaki and human rights activist Yifat Susskind.
If you have a cynic in you that’s dormant on fully alive, or if you know a cynic that comes to your mind as you read this, I highly recommend you listen to or share the interview with Jamil Zaki. Super interesting insights into cynicism in today’s world; how it rises as a protection shield against fear because of uncertainty. And how, contrary to common belief, research shows that it is not a sign of intelligence but quite the opposite.
Navigating with empathy and an open heart amplifies not only our intelligence and ability to wayfind, but also our relationship with each other, ourselves and the world around us. A strong resonance to my work on InnSæi and hugely inspiring.
A big thank you to the TED Radio Hour NPR team, which did an excellent work, editing more than one recorded conversations, after having read my book, seen our film and watched my TED Talk. What a team!
Listening to the show, which took me back in time in a way that moved me, made me think: Gosh! What a journey this has been!
Those of you who know my work, will know me for being a leading voice on intuition and InnSæi and how it relates to leadership, innovation, transition and some of our greatest challenges.
When I listen to my part of the TED Radio Hour show though, it really takes me back in time, to the darkest period of my life, and I couldn’t help but being moved to tears by the sheer fact that about 20 years ago, as I tuned into my intuition and InnSæi and took a leap of faith into the unknown future, I was scared and I could not have dreamed up what the years that followed had in store for me. The TED Radio Hour interview manages to sum up this part of my journey pretty well.
“The future belongs to those who are ‘tuned in’, connect dots and successfully navigate uncertainty to create greater possibilities. For all this, intuition is key. InnSæi is your key to thriving and leading in a turbulent world.”

In 2010, I decided I wanted to write my book about InnSæi. What followed was making a film about InnSæi, leading a sustainability centre and some other cool projects, until in 2024, when my book was was published by Bonnier Books UK. We celebrated that with an incredibly well attended book launch at The Conduit in London, surrounded with a massively interesting group of friends and leaders, in discussion with Lindsay Levin and Louis J. Butler.
Last year, InnSæi made its way around the world and in different languages in the UK, Australia, South Africa, Germany, Poland, Turkey and in Arabic. Rights have now been sold to all continents in the world and the journey has only just began! Well done team Bonnier Books UK and I cannot wait to see and share what this year has in store for all things InnSæi and intuition!!
In the coming days, I’ll be sharing some more news about my website updates, newsletter updates, InnSæi paperback coming out next week – with a new subtitle and available for pre-order HERE, and many more good things.
Stay tuned into your InnSæi,
with love and respect,
Hrund
